1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the a9piso online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through a9piso.net (the "Platform").

1.2 By completing the a9piso registration process, logging into your account, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

1.3 These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

1.4 a9piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the a9piso platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The a9piso platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities are not permitted to use the Platform.

2.4 Exclusion Lists. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to use the a9piso platform. Attempting to circumvent an exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.

2.5 a9piso reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the a9piso platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. a9piso reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. a9piso is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by a9piso for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 Account Maintenance. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. You must notify a9piso promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting customer support.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your a9piso account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a9piso account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 You agree to notify a9piso immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. a9piso can be reached via the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

4.3 a9piso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified a9piso of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.2.

4.4 a9piso recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable any additional security features made available on the Platform, including two-factor authentication where offered.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. a9piso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), debit cards, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the a9piso cashier page and may vary by payment method. a9piso reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. a9piso reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. a9piso reserves the right to require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. a9piso is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. a9piso may delay, withhold, or report transactions that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. a9piso reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 a9piso offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding these requirements before accepting any bonus.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. a9piso reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously abused promotional offers or who are subject to account restrictions.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — is strictly prohibited. a9piso reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.5 a9piso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have accepted the relevant offer in good faith.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the a9piso platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating in any game.

7.2 Random Number Generators. All a9piso slot and virtual games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers via live video stream from licensed studios.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, a9piso reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stakes to the players involved. a9piso's decision in such matters is final.

7.5 Collusion & Cheating. Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9piso platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Creating or operating more than one a9piso account;
• Allowing another person to access or use your account;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in bad faith;
• Engaging in any conduct that a9piso reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its players, or its reputation.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction. The a9piso platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is illegal under Philippine law and is a serious violation of these Terms.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. a9piso provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting a9piso customer support;

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the a9piso platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of a9piso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of a9piso.

10.3 The a9piso name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of a9piso. You may not use any a9piso trademark without prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a9piso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 a9piso's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a9piso account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 a9piso does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. a9piso will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude a9piso's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Amendments

12.1 a9piso reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a9piso will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

12.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

12.3 Your continued use of the a9piso platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

13.3 a9piso operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints regarding the Platform's compliance with applicable gaming regulations may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
